Trills is a B2B2C subscription platform based in London, focusing on art, culture, and craft. We provide employees with monthly credits for hobbies, removing barriers to pursuing passions.

Investing in employees' wellbeing and interests improves work-life balance and enhances job satisfaction. Trills provides a convenient solution to offer these lifestyle benefits.

Having Trills as a company benefit shows that your employer values your passions and wellbeing. It provides a chance to pursue hobbies you’ve always dreamt of and can even be used for children's music lessons.

5. What does it cost to offer Trills as a company benefit?
We offer five different benefit plans to fit every budget, starting at £30 per employee per month.

6. I am a tutor. Can I offer my courses on Trills?
Yes! Trills will give you an entirely new audience. Join our waitlist and we'll let you know when to register as a tutor and start offering your courses to our subscribers.

7. How do tutors get paid?
Tutors list their classes on the Trills platform. After a class is held, Trills will transfer the funds to the tutor automatically.

8. How do I price my classes or courses?
That's entirely up to you. However, we recommend modular course offerings to fit with the monthly recurring credit cycle. This is not a one-off - it's a hobby.

9. How is Trills different from other craft marketplaces and booking sites?
Trills is only offered as an employee lifestyle benefit, paid for by companies. This means we're making hobbies accessible for all, and operates on a monthly subscription model, ensuring tutors have a steady stream of students with recurring funds.

10. Can subscribers (employees) gift credits to friends and family?
Absolutely! Subject to tutor's conditions, subscribers can book a session on behalf of a friend or child. So send mom and dad to learn some tango or piano-lessons for the little one!

11. What does it cost to be a tutor on Trills?
Enlisting is free, and you decide your session rates. After a sessions is completed, Trills will wire you the fee minus a 15% service charge automatically.

12. What activities will be made available on the platform?
From singing to sculpting, and weaving to wood-carving, Trills covers a wide spectrum of arts, culture, and crafts.

13. When will it launch?
Trills will open its doors in 2023. Join our waitlist and we'll let you know when to start.

16. As a tutor, do I have to have my own physical space?
Not necessarily. If you generally offer lessons in your students' homes that's the way we like it.

17. I have used Gumtree to list my services so far, can I use Trills?
Certainly! Trills is designed to spark relationships between tutors, studios, and an inspired community of hobbyist. You are free to list any number of seats, capacity, frequency or volume on Trills and can combine this with other channels.

19. Can I refer my employer to Trills?
Absolutely! Just submit your HR contact details, and we'll do the rest.

20. Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. The cancellation window is determined by the course tutor and will be stated on the course page. Cancelling within this period results in credit refunds, but post the window, credits are forfeited.

21. Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. Trills can be cancelled anytime.
When canceling a plan, please take into account that the payment works in a prepaid way. Your plan will remain active and available for use until the last day of this cycle.

22. If an employee, departs can we transfer the license to another employee?
Indeed. Reach out, and we'll arrange the transfer seamlessly.

23. Can I refer my studio or tutor to Trills?
Of course! Just tell us who to contact and we'll make sure they'll know.
​
24. What happens if I don’t use all my credits in a month?
Unused credits roll over to the following month but must be used within 3 months of issuance. We want to encourage frequent enjoyment.

25. What happens if a course costs more than my monthly credit allowance?
You can top up the difference using your preferred payment method to enroll in a course beyond your allowance.

26. Can I bring a friend along to a class?
Yes, you can. If seats are available, you can book multiple spots in the course. However, it will depend on the availability at the time of booking and whether you have sufficient credits.

27. How does payment work?
Trills operates on a prepaid model. You'll be billed monthly for your selected plan, ensuring uninterrupted access to our service.

28. What if I don’t like the course I've chosen? Can I switch to another one?
Yes, but this will all depends on the cancellation policy for that course.

29. Are there age restrictions for the courses?
Tutors set their own age restrictions. Check these before booking, especially for children's activities.

30. Can employers customise their subscription plans according to their budget or employee needs?
Yes, we offer flexible plans and can discuss customisation options upon request.

31. Can users suggest new tutors or activities to be added to Trills?
